Matthew Hayduk, a Senior Mechanical Engineer with more than 28 years of experience, founded ADEPT in 1995 with a vision to provide clients nationwide with exceptional Engineering services.

Matthew earned his wings designing military helicopter power transmissions. Conquering systems rotating at 30,000 RPM's and learning to channel thousands of horsepower around corners has given Matthew an astute respect for detail you demand in an engineer. Since founding ADEPT, Matthew has broadened his specialties to include micro fluid valves, induction heat treatment equipment, contact switches, custom mechanisms and gear design, just to name a few.
